This is a single component water-based urethane/acrylic wood floor finish. It contains reactive polymers that offer durability and appearance equal to or greater than solvent-based oil-modified finishes. The unique polycarbonate crosslinking technology results in superior scratch resistance, scuff resistance, durability, depth of gloss and gloss retention.
