At the beginning of each year we introduce a theme to challenge and motivate our Sales Representatives. Our theme for the year 2019 is simple “Be A Legend”. What makes a person a legend? By definition, a legend is a person who is famous for having special qualities or abilities in a specific field. It was thought that the four-minute mile was humanly impossible. Don’t tell Roger Bannister that. In 1954 he was the first person to break this record at 3:59. Then less than a month later, an individual broke his record. Records are meant to be broken. Over the 2018 year, more than half of the MARC representatives increased their sales from 2017. They broke records once again, leading to the Company’s best year ever. We are looking for the best to join our family—are you up for the challenge?
One of MARC’s key elements for sales success is to implement the proven four step selling strategy of Barrier Break, Demonstrate, Promote and Close. As a Sales Representative I successfully used this method to consistently produce three or more sales a day. Focus on this strategy as it has been proven to work time and time again.
When a Sales Representative can identify the appropriate products to meet the customer’s specific needs and show the added value; the Sales Representative will be successful.
